Who you’ll be talking to
Ernest Murphy
MSW, LICSW · Clinical Director
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Master of Social Work, Hawaii Pacific University. Ernest works with trauma, anxiety and depression, and leads the practice’s crisis response work.
Ernest brings Marine Corps experience alongside his clinical training. He works most often with Veterans, trauma survivors and people navigating a difficult season, and believes meaningful therapy begins with trust and an authentic connection — no pretense, no one-size-fits-all. Real conversations, and purposeful work toward a better life.
Tiffany Murphy
Co-Owner & Managing Director
As Co-Owner of Murphy & Murphy, Tiffany is more than a point of contact—she is a caring and knowledgeable member of our team. While she is not a counselor, she has a background and training in crisis management and serves as the Managing Member of Murphy & Murphy’s Mobile Crisis Response Team. From your first call, Tiffany is here to help you feel heard, supported, and connected to the care you need.

The people other people call
We are the mental-health counseling provider to the Conecuh County Fire Association. That work shapes how we practice — a lot of the people we sit with are used to being the one who copes.
We see adolescents from 14, adults and couples. Licensed in Alabama for in-person and online work, and in Florida for online work only.
